If you have a problem with drugs and/or alcohol you can avail of a range of services including the Drop In, where you can access food, shower and laundry facilites and get assistance from one of the project workers on issues you may have on any given day. If you are an IV drug user you can avail of our Needle Exchange Service in Boghall Road, Monday to Friday 10am until 5pm. If you would like One-to-One Support you can avail of our key-working/case management service. In addition BCAT can offer you other supports such as Outreach and Hospital/Hostel/Treatment Centre Visits. SMART Recovery is the leading self-empowering addiction recovery support group. Participants learn tools for addiction recovery based on the latest scientific research and participate in a world-wide community which includes free, self empowering, science based mutual help groups.

If you are the relative (mother, father, partner) of a person with a drug/alcohol problem, BCAT can offer you support on a one-to-one and/or on a group basis. If you are living with or have close contact with a loved one who refuses to get help for themselves you can avail of the Community Reinforcement and Family Training Programme (CRAFT) on a one-to-one and/or on a group basis. One to One Key Working Meetings are available to all service users from Monday - Friday by appointment. All service users are invited to make appointments by phone or email, or directly with their key worker. Those who are new to the service are welcome to get in touch so an intake appointment can be made.
Our needle exchange service will run as normal Monday to Friday in Boghall.
